Steps to participate in our tournaments

Sign up your team members with one checkout.

Make sure to have your team Captain in the Discord server.

Captain of the team will be moved to a private discord channel with the link to join the private server.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY

  • You must register all players at the same time.
  • You will be required to play with the same teammates from the start of the tournament until the end. You can't switch teammates in the middle of the tournament.

PLATFORMS ALLOWED

All platforms are allowed (PC, XBOX and PS4) for any tournament since cross platform is accepted on Call of Duty Warzone. 

 

KILL/DEATH RATIO & ACCOUNT

EVERY Mainland Gaming EVENT HAS A TEAM K/D CAP ratio DEPENDING On the type of tournament.

  • If we see abnormalities in your K/D ratio that gives you advantages to enter any Mainland Gaming tournament with a K/D CAP, you will be disqualified.
  • We reserve the right to monitor your K/D ratio as much as 2 weeks prior to the tournament.
  • You must have a minimum of 100 Warzone games played on your ActivisionID account.

    GAME MODE 

    Team Kill Race Tournament
    • 3 MATCHES
    • Start time 8 PM EST
    • You must stay in the lobby at all time even if your team is eliminated
    • The designated person to stream for the tournament can’t leave unless there is more than one person streaming in your team.
    • You and your teammates are responsible at all times for any technical issues or connection lost.  

        STREAMING RULES

        • Streaming broadcast must be available for at least 24 hours for Mainland Gaming to review (Archive mode "ON" on Twitch).
        • DO NOT PUT A STREAM TITLE ( It's to prevent stream snipe).
        • IF A PLAYER IS CAUGHT FOR ''STREAM SNIPE'' HE WILL BE PERMANTLY BANNED FROM MAINLAND
        • Every team are required to have at least one player to stream the tournament, whether it's pc or console. 
        • You and your teammates are responsible at all times for any technical issues or connection lost. 
        • Face cam are not required. We only want the streaming from the game.
        • Authorized streaming platforms: Twitch - Facebook - Youtube.
        This system will allow us to verify that every winning team didn’t use any cheats, bug exploits or that they didn’t team up with other squads.

        POINT SYSTEM

        Warzone Victory 25 Points
        2nd Position
        20 Points
        3rd Position
        15 Points
        4th -10th Position
        8 Points
        11th-15th Position 5 Points
        16th - 20th Position

        2 Points
        Kill  1 Point 

        Examples

        • Example 1: Placement #4 with 10 kills = 8 points for placement, 10 points for kills. A total of 18 points to the team.
        • Example 2: Placement #21 with 5 kills = 0 points for placement, 5 points for kills. A total of 5 points to the team.

        Tie Breaker

        1. Most total kills in a single game

        SUBMITTING SCORES

        Team captain will submit screenshot of every game with the kills + placement in the designated channel.

          BEHAVIOR AND SPORTSMANSHIP

          • Show respect to everyone involved in the tournament and on every social media platform.
          • Always show honesty while playing in every Mainland Gaming event, be fair and follow the rules.
          • Do not use any discriminatory language.
          • Do not use extremely foul language.
          • Do not share personal information about yourself or other individuals.
          • Do not share your account.

          CHEATS, MATCH FIXING, GLITCH & BUGS

          All cheats are completely forbidden to use under any circumstance while playing in any event at Mainland Gaming. Using any cheat will result in disqualification and ban.

          • Players with ActiVision bans are not eligible to compete in any of the tournaments hosted by Mainland Gaming.
          • Mainland Gaming reserves the right to monitor any player we see fit during the tournament.
          • No smurf account allowed (you must play on your main/best account)
          • All sorts of match-fixing/teaming are strictly forbidden and will result in the team being disqualified. 
          • If a player uses the ActiVision account of an another player to participate in a Mainland Gaming tournament, it will result in the team being disqualified.
          • Reverse Boosting is not allowed
          • KD Tanking is not allowed
